I'm wondering how you're doing, and if you have any self-care tips for people who're willing to talk about such incredibly difficult, stigmatized, taboo topics like you are constantly doing?
Sorry for delay in responding to your question (almost two months!) 1. I am doing - ok. Never an easy question for me to answer as SN guy or otherwise. 2. Part of my self-care is having these conversations about these things, weird as that may be. I hope you are doing OK, or perhaps better than that. 📘
